Having lost the toss and being sent in to bat, Manly Warringah stumbled out of the blocks, losing opener Roop Dhillon (1) in the second over. However, Manly regained their footing to post 284 with knocks of 80, 63, 42 and 38 from Henry Rogers, Joel Davies, Myles Kapoor and Bertie Foreman respectively.

In response, Bankstown struggled with the bat, collapsing for a mere 111 in just 25.3 overs. Captain Angus Campbell provided some resistance with a quick-fire 38 from 21, striking four fours and three sixes. However, the remaining lineup faltered against a disciplined bowling attack led by Bertie Forman (4-20).

Cricket NSW would like to thank the Bankstown District Cricket Club, City of Canterbury Bankstown and ground staff for their efforts and hospitality.
