Get Involved

There are a number of ways parents and guardians can get involved in the game!

Joining a Club or Association’s Committee is another fantastic way to contribute to the game in your local area. There are a variety of functions that are required to be performed on an organisation’s committee as dictate by that organisation’s constitution. Under the model (or recommended) constitution, a committee shall comprise of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and three other members.

Scoring is one of the most important roles in cricket, and a great way for non-playing members of the cricket community to be involved in the game

Training courses for prospective scorers are conducted by the NSW Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (NSWCUSA) which has a dedicated Scorers Committee for this purpose.

Please contact the Committee for information on scorer training through the Chair Adrian Tham at

We trust you enjoy your scoring, it’s a great way to contribute to and remain involved in the game of cricket. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our training courses!
