COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Cricket NSW (CNSW) is committed to promoting responsible and respectful behaviour throughout our sport and creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for cricket in New South Wales.

As part of this commitment, CNSW has established an Integrity Framework that is designed to proactively mitigate integrity threats to cricket and receive complaints relating to behaviour or conduct from anyone involved in cricket that breaches the Integrity Policies. It will allow complainants to contact an independent person who will assist them in resolving their concerns.

All complaints will go through to the Head of Integrity who is experienced in dispute resolution. 

The requirements of the Integrity Framework apply to everyone involved in cricket who is a member or affiliate of CNSW, including players and their support crews.  It also applies to CNSW staff, contractors and volunteers.
