The CNSW Integrity Framework (Framework) will apply to all cricket activities and events in New South Wales to manifest the ethics and values of sports integrity that promote community confidence in sport. Threats to the integrity of cricket include any conduct that could manipulate the outcome of a cricket match (doping and corruption) and any risk to the health and safety of the cricket community (safeguarding children and member protection).
The Framework takes a proactive approach to mitigate integrity threats to cricket and promote a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all those involved in cricket. To do this, the Framework sets out the expectations of conduct at cricket activities and events and provides procedures for managing, reporting, investigating and determining alleged breaches of the Integrity Policies.
The Framework comprises of the following policies known as the Integrity Policies available for download below (please check your downloads on your computer if you cannot view the policy):
- Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy
- Member Protection Policy
