PlayCricket Support is now the primary resource hub for Association and Club administrators, volunteers, parents and participants seeking assistance with PlayHQ. 

It provides a wealth of information including support articles, instructional videos, and FAQs. Users can now utilise the submit a request feature, schedule a 1-on-1 support session and interact with Cricket Australia’s new chatbot Skipper for real time responses. 

In preparation for season 2024/25, PlayCricket Support will be holding PlayHQ Season Readiness Webinars. These webinars will cover all preseason topics inclusive of:
