Clubs and Associations

To be able to offer the redemption of Active Kids vouchers, a Club or Association needs take their participant registrations online viaplay.cricket.com.au.  

Online registration setup is performed within the Competition Management & Programs sections in PlayHQ Admin.  For information on how to setup registrations, see PlayCricket Support’s articles available here 

How do Clubs and Associations get reimbursed for the value of vouchers that have been redeemed? 

Cricket NSW is able to offer a fully integrated voucher redemption process via PlayHQ.  

When registering their child viaplay.cricket.com.au, parents will have the opportunity to redeem a voucher at the final payment screen. Any amounts owing above the value of the voucher/s applied, need to be paid at the time of registration.   

When a voucher is claimed during a registration, an automatic process triggers Service NSW to send the amount of money equivalent to the value of the voucher to Cricket Australia. Cricket Australia then disburses these funds periodically.
