Cricket NSW has celebrated the achievements of players and clubs across the McDonalds NSW Premier Cricket competitions at its 2025-26 Awards Night on Friday.
NSW Premier Cricket Award winners crowned for 2026-25
Mosman’s Joe Colgan was awarded the prestigious O’Reilly Medal for Men’s First Grade Player of the Year following his outstanding 1026-run season. The left-handed batter scored two centuries in 19 innings in the voting period, averaging 64.13.
Frankie Nicklin of Sydney University was named Women’s First Grade Player of the Year following a dominant all-round campaign. Nicklin scored 565 runs at 40.79 apiece with a high score of 100, while also claiming 26 wickets at 13.04 with her off spin.
