Women’s T20 Finals Day Locked In

The stage is set for the NSW Premier Cricket Women’s Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup Finals Day on Sunday, November 23. Action begins at 10.00am (AEDT), with Hurstville Oval staging Semi-Final 1 and the Final, and Harold Fraser Reserve hosting Semi-Final 2.

After 10 preliminary rounds, the top four ranked clubs have qualified for the short-format elimination finals day.

Sydney take on Parramatta while defending champions Campbelltown-Camden face Gordon, with the winner from both fixtures meeting at Hurstville Oval in the final at 2.30pm.

Sydney (1) v Parramatta (4)

  • Samira Dimeglio leads the side in runs with 208.
  • Kira Churchland is Sydney’s leading wicket-taker with 12 at an average of 10.58.
  • The team will head into the match with added confidence after defeating Parramatta by 41 runs in round five.
  • Sydney will look elsewhere for their start power, with inform Breakers and Sixers star Maitlan Brown on the road for WBBL.

Parramatta

  • Parramatta finished the regular round seeded fourth with five wins and four losses.
  • Kate Pelle leads the team in runs with 259 at an average of 43.17.
  • In her first season with the side, Stella Campbell has picked up nine wickets.
  • Parramatta will look to NSW Breakers Kate Pelle and Claire Moore for strong performances.

Campbelltown-Camden (2) v Gordon (3)
Harold Fraser Reserve | 10.00am

Campbelltown-Camden

  • The Ghosts enter this final day as defending champions after a weather-impacted finals day in season 2024/25. Seeded second, they’ve wrapped the regular rounds with seven wins and two losses.
  • Aurora Mavros leads the team in runs with 151.
  • Elizabeth Barkat has 13 wickets and sits second in the competition. Without leading wicket-taker Frankie Nicklin (Sydney University), Barkat is in a great position to finish on top of the competition.
  • The Ghosts will look to young Alex Mavros to stand up in place of Lauren Cheatle and Sarah Coyte who will be unavailable with WBBL commitments.

Gordon

  • Gordon finished as third seed with seven wins and two losses.
  • The side come into the semi-final with confidence after defeating Campbelltown-Camden by 28-runs in round nine.
  • Ami Campbell leads the team with runs, notching up 229 across her nine games.
  • Anilya Campbell sits comfortably among the competitions leading wicket takers, picking up 10 across the regular season.
  • Gordon would love to see NSW Breaker and Sydney Sixer, Elsa Hunter, made available with her valuable 137 runs and 7 wickets this season so far.
