NSW Men’s Team selectors have picked a 12-player squad for Thursday’s One-Day Cup match against Soth Australia at Cricket Central.
Blues squad for SA ODC fixture
There are two changes to the group that defeated Western Australia by eight runs in the season opener last Sunday, with veteran Jackson Bird replacing Will Salzmann and Chris Green coming in for Moises Henriques.
Henriques has begun rehabilitation on the minor left hamstring injury he suffered during Sunday’s match and is expected to return to the field shortly.
Young wicketkeeper/batter, Lachlan Shaw, who was 12th-player in the WA clash, is the only potential debutant in the squad.
Once again, Ben Dwarshuis and Sean Abbott were not available due to international duty with the Australian team in England, while Chris Tremain, Joel Davies and Hayden Kerr continue their rehab from minor off season niggles.
The match gets underway at 9.30am and is free for spectators or can be seen live on Kayo and cricket.com.au.
Spectators are reminded that part of Cricket Central’s northwestern boundary is a construction zone as part of the facility’s Stage 2 development, limiting the areas available for seating. For full spectator details, click here.
