About the Cup After two fantastic seasons bringing senior cricket clubs together across NSW, the Community Cricket Cup is now growing — with juniors joining the action in 2025! This statewide T20 competition celebrates the spirit of grassroots cricket, offering a fun, high-energy format for both senior and junior teams. For juniors, the Cup features a guaranteed four-match pool round, followed by a carnival-style finals series for the top 16 teams. With Big Bash-style rules like Power Surges, Free Hits, and fielding restrictions, players will experience the excitement of professional-level cricket in a community setting. Open to U12s, U13s, and U15s boys, and U13s girls, the Junior Community Cricket Cup is all about connection, competition, and creating unforgettable cricket memories. 01:14 Play video Junior Community Cup Both senior and junior competitions begin October 2025, with senior finalists to play at Cricket Central’s iconic playing fields, and the junior finals at a venue to be confirmed. Season 2025/26 Community Cricket Clubs* across NSW may enter teams into the 2025/26 NSW Community Cup. Each team will enter the Cup draw with matches being played locally in earlier rounds and culminating in the final FOUR teams competing for the Cup at Cricket Central. *In Season 2025/26, eligible cricket clubs must be affiliated to the SCA, affiliated Metropolitan Associations or Country Cricket NSW.
