PlayHQ

Cricket Australia has launched the PlayCricket Support website (formerly MyCricket Support), designed as the primary resource hub for Association and Club administrators, volunteers, parents, and participants seeking assistance with PlayHQ.

It provides a wealth of resources including support articles, walk-throughs, instructional videos, and FAQs. Users can also submit support tickets, interact with customer service representatives, or schedule 1-on-1 support sessions. Club volunteers are encouraged to utilize this platform as their initial point of contact for addressing both day-to-day issues and PlayHQ technical queries.
