Ava Drury, Lucy Finn, Shiloh Julien and Emily Powell will head to Sri Lanka for the multi-format series which begins in later this month.
Australia will take part in a six-match bilateral series, featuring five Twenty20's and a 50-ver match.
Cricket Australia's National Development Lead and former international, Kristen Beams, will coach the side along with former England Women's and current Sydney Thunder WBBL Coach, Lisa Keightley and Cricket Tasmania Pathways coach, Harry Allanby.
Speaking on the importance of the tour, Head of National Development Sonya Thompson said:
“We’re really excited about this series and the opportunity it presents the selected players to be exposed to international cricket and sub-continent conditions.
"Experiencing conditions so different from what they’re used to is invaluable, and Sri Lanka offers a great environment for them to test themselves and continue developing their skills.
"Sri Lanka is a strong side, having beaten Australia at the World Cup earlier this year, so it’s shaping up to be a competitive and exciting contest.”
