Torrential rain over the weekend has led to all NSW Premier Cricket matches on Saturday and Sunday to be abandoned, including the First Grade Limited-Overs Cup Quarter Finals.

The wet weather meant that the top four sides to qualify for the Limited-Overs Cup Quarter Finals progress to the semi-finals next Sunday.

Sydney University, who qualified on top of the Limited-Overs table, meet fourth-placed Penrith at University Oval, and second-placed Sydney meet the third qualifier Randwick Petersham, at Drummoyne Oval.

The Limited-Overs Cup Final will take place on Sunday 23 February.

After all round 12 two-day fixtures finished in draws on Saturday, Randwick Petersham remain on top of the table with three rounds remaining before the finals of the Belvidere Cup commence.

Randy Petes lead Sydney University by seven points, with a further three points to Sydney in third.

Bankstown, UTS North Sydney and Eastern Suburbs are all equal on 45 points to round out the top six.
