NSW has dominated the Australian Cricket Awards night, with David Warner claiming his third Allan Border Medal and Ellyse Perry her third Belinda Clark Award.

Warner also claimed Male International Twenty20 Player of the Year while NSW Breakers captain and Australian wicket-keeper Alyssa Healy won the Female One Day and Twenty20 International Player of the Year Awards.

Warner triumphed in the Allan Border Medal by a solitary vote from NSW Blues and Australian team mates Steve Smith, with fast bowler and last year's winner Pat Cummins third.

Perry is captain of the Sydney Sixers and won nine Women’s National Cricket League titles with the Breakers before moving to Victoria this season to be with rugby-playing husband Matt Toomua.

She won the Belinda Clark award by eight votes from Healy.

Perry had previously won the award in 2016 and 2018.

In the one Test, 12 ODIs and nine T20Is Australia played last year, she scored 783 runs at 97.87, including three centuries, while with the ball she collected 28 wickets at 16.50.

Having claimed the award in 2016 and 2017, Warner won his third Allan Border Medal despite a poor Test tour of England.

He turned his form around with a remarkable home summer, beginning with six T20 internationals against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. The left-hander was dismissed just once and recorded a stunning average of 287, before taking to Pakistan's hapless young bowling attack in the two-Test series that followed.

The 33-year-old plundered 154 against Pakistan at the Gabba, in his first Test outing on Australia soil in almost two years, and followed that with a career-high 335 not out in the following Test at Adelaide Oval.

In addition, Warner finished the 2019 ICC World Cup tournament in the UK as Australia's most productive batter (and second-highest runs scorer for the even behind India's Rohit Sharma) with 647 runs at an average of 71.89 with three centuries and as many 50s.
