The NSW Government, Rural Assistance Authority, is providing financial assistance to Non-Profit Organisations (NPO’s) in severe circumstances to contribute to the cleanup, removal of debris and/or restoring essential facilities, equipment or other assets that have been damaged or destroyed by the disaster.

The Local Government Areas (LGA) that have been declared a disaster zone a can be found here.

NPO’s can apply for a grant of up to $15,000. Please see the funding guidelines for eligibility criteria, exclusions & assessment criteria.

All disaster zones have been declared at different times, and grant applications close 6 months after declared date.
