The NSW Breakers have made one change to their squad for Thursday's WNCL clash with Tasmania in Hobart.
Captain Alyssa Healy is unavailable for personal reasons and has been replaced in the 13-player contingent by teen Hayley Silver-Holmes, who missed the team’s pair of losses to a star-studded Victorian team in the opening two rounds of the season.
A captain for the squad, that will face the Tigers at Blundstone Arena on Thursday and then the South Australian Scorpions at Karen Rolton Oval on Sunday, will be named in the coming days. Healy's availability for that second game will be evaluated later in the week.
Earlier today four Breakers players were named in the Australian squad for March’s Commonwealth Bank Tour of New Zealand. Healy, Rachael Haynes and Ash Gardner were joined by Hannah Darlington who has been selected on her first senior national team.
Huge congratulations to @HDarlington28, who has been named in her first @AusWomenCricket squad for the upcoming tour of New Zealand!
