NSW selectors have named a 13-player squad for the NSW Blues’ penultimate match of the Sheffield Shield season, with the side to face South Australia at Karen Rolton Oval from March 5-8.
Abbott, Gilkes Return for Blues’ Trip to Adelaide
Kurtis Patterson will continue to lead the side in the absence of Jack Edwards (hamstring), while Sean Abbott and Matt Gilkes return to the squad with Charlie Anderson and Edwards making way.
Following the conclusion of the Shield match, the Blues will travel directly from Adelaide to Hobart ahead of next week’s One Day Cup Final.
