Cricket NSW Reconciliation Action Plan
Cricket NSW is proud to share its first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
The Innovate RAP has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and aims to make cricket a more welcoming place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
The RAP has been developed with the deep commitment and collaboration from both internal and external stakeholders represented on the organisation's RAP working group.
The artwork, designed by Rheanna Lotter, a Sydney-based Yuin woman, symbolises the cricket community, represents the values of Cricket NSW and acknowledges Aboriginal land.

The document contains 87 deliverable actions across Reconciliation Australia’s four key pillars – relationships, respect, opportunities and governance.
The deliverables will strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, and engage staff and stakeholders in reconciliation.
Cricket NSW’s board of directors, executive team, staff, and players are committed to contributing to Australia’s reconciliation journey with a vision to ensure our organisation reflects a culture that is shared and proudly embraced by all people.
