The Cricket NSW Game Development team is embarking on a state-wide Regional Cricket Roadshow to outline the future of cricket in NSW. Cricket NSW Game Development General Manager, Cameron French, and his team will visit seven regional centres across the State over the next two months.
The purpose of the Regional Roadshows is to communicate the findings of the Australian Cricket Roadshow held at Rooty Hill, as well as inform the cricket public of the key action items for the Cricket NSW Game Development team for the season ahead.
“Cricket has always had a tremendous volunteer workforce. The Game Development team is determined to communicate closely with community cricket personnel, as well as leverage their wealth of ideas and knowledge on our great game,” said French.
In addition to sharing views on the various opportunities and challenges that face grassroots cricket, the events will hopefully give cricket’s community stakeholders the chance to understand the strategic plans of New South Wales and Australian cricket, which aim to unify Australian cricket from top to bottom.
