Nathan McAndrew finished with figures 5-30 as ACT/NSW Country dismissed Tasmania for 87 on day two of the Toyota Futures League clash at Lindisfarne Oval on Tuesday.
In reply ACT/NSW Country were themselves bowled out for 225 with Blake Macdonald top scoring with 86.
Back in the field for the second time in the day, the ACT/NSW Country bowlers were unable make to any further inroads with Tasmania 0-30 at stumps, trailing by 276 runs.
It was a day for the bowlers with McAndrew wrapping up his five-wicket haul after taking four of them late on day one.
Joe Kershaw also picked up two wickets finishing with figures of 2-31, while Tom Pinson (1-12), Cam Suidgeest (1-8) and Jonathan Cook (1-2) all got in on the action.
The batting scorecard told a sorry tale for the hosts with only Macalister Wright (30) and Nathan Ellis (21) managing to make double figure scores.
ACT/NSW Country fared a touch better in their second innings, posting the highest scores of the match to date.
